Tables and Chairs

We include 200 Chiavari chairs, and a huge selection of banquet tables - 6ft, and 5ft rounds, and a variety of rectangular one. 

Something Borrowed Cottage

Over the years we have amassed a huge collection of decorative items. We give you access (included) to all of the items we have - from our birch arbor to the sparkley table linens, and so much more in-between!

The less you bring in the less you have to pack up to take home. 

Your Unique Style

We love that every wedding we host is as unique as the couple we are hosting. We encourage you to explore what about your wedding will have people talking. 

From Slapshot, to food trucks we have seen a host of great ways to personalize your wedding. Why not start with the Bar and stock it will all your personal favorites.


Every package includes coordination. 

Few people get engaged having planned a wedding before - so we understand it is an overwhelming and exciting experience. Your coordinator will be with you through helping with Vendor selection, deciding a timeline, and helping place your tables. 

On the day they help you down the aisle at the right moments, keep vendors, and wedding guests on time, and make sure your day is a relaxing and stress free experience.

We included access to our custom built wet bar, and everything that comes with that. We have a three tap system, glassware and all manner of bar related awesomeness. 

The Rixey Manor Bar is most peoples favorite spot in the house.

Upstairs for Getting Ready

You, your immediate family and wedding party have access to the second floor of the Manor to get ready, do hair and make up and take photos. 

Our packages include time for relaxing and enjoying the day.

Experienced Staff

We are proud that the bartenders who staffed our own wedding are still working for us five years later. They know the history of the Manor, how to make a night pop, and keep everyone laughing from start to finish.

All our couples stock the bar themselves. We allow you to totally customize what you want to serve and don't charge corkage fee's, or up-charge for this in anyway. 

Its a huge perk to drink the wine you love, or the scotch you always celebrate with on the most important day of your life. 

Planning Help

We offer a host of great planning tools from our famous 'Bootcamp', to a private facebook group, and of course all the Vendor recommendations and coordination that comes with a day of coordinator. 

We help you build an online binder so all your details are stored live and in one place so your Vendors always have upto date information on how your wedding planning is going.

Overnight Accommodations

In the pricing calculator you can customize if you want to add on overnight accommodation. 

At the top package you have access to the the four manor bedrooms, and the cottage from Friday lunchtime through till Sunday after brunch. 

You can sleep 16 easily. 

The Cottage

The Cottage is a great spot, usually taken over by the groomsmen. Its on site, but not so close to the Manor that the couple are in danger of running into each other.

It allows the bride to use the Manor fully on the day of her wedding, without fearing and accidental first look. 

Rehearsal Dinner Space

You can choose to host your rehearsal dinner at anyone of the dining spots in The Manor 

A wedding is more than just and day - it's an experience - and this allows the experience to last for almost double the length of time. 

Baby Sitting and Dog Sitting

Many of our couples and their family love having someone on hand to help their younger or furrier members on the family have a great wedding too.

We have several experienced sitters to make sure everyone is safe, taken care of, and in the right place and the right time for pictures. 

Post Wedding Brunch

Many of our couples choose to spend Saturday night and host an exit brunch for all their guests on Sunday morning. It gives everyone a great excuse to get back together, discuss the night before and allow the bonding time between families to really grow.

Bartenders and Extra Staff

We do require that each event under 60 people has at least one bartender, and over 60 two or more. We have some minimum tip levels for our great team of people. 

We can also offer extra staff if you are having an event that is not a full service caterer - for example a food truck - or just want clean up help
