Inclusions & Exclusions

We include as much as a venue reasonably can so you can focus on personal touches—and avoid surprise rentals.
Included: Exclusive property access (typical 12 hours on the wedding day), on‑site coordinator, tables & white Chiavari chairs (within capacity), extensive in‑house décor inventory (signs, easels, table numbers, arbors/backdrops, lanterns, etc.), getting‑ready amenities (irons/steamers, emergency kit), Wi‑Fi, standard setup and cleanup (including trash removal).
Optional Enhancements: In‑house bartenders (required if serving alcohol), extra venue staff (servers/bussing for non‑traditional catering), on‑site accommodations (up to ~14), Extra Party Hours, Late Check‑Out with Brunch, elevated planning/design support.
