A caring, experienced team + vendor flexibility = a seamless day tailored to you. We’re hands‑on, attentive, and collaborative.

Our Team: An included on‑site coordinator manages timeline, rehearsal, vendor communication, and day‑of logistics. Venue staff handle setup/breakdown, parking, restrooms, and guest support. Our in‑house bartenders run a safe, efficient bar.

Vendor Policy: Aside from bartending/coordination, you may choose any professional vendors (photographer, florist, DJ/band, caterer, etc.). We provide a vetted recommendation list if helpful—no commissions, just teams we trust. Vendors must be licensed/insured where applicable and follow venue rules.

Coordination & Access: We introduce ourselves to vendors pre‑event, confirm arrivals, and orchestrate timeline cues. Drop‑offs the day before and pickups the next morning can be accommodated with advance approval. If a vendor emergency arises, we help you problem‑solve quickly.

Philosophy: Your wedding, your choices—supported by a venue team that treats you like family.

What does the included coordinator do?

Your on‑site coordinator manages the master timeline, rehearsal, vendor communication, cueing for ceremony/reception, and day‑of problem‑solving—so you can be a guest at your own wedding.

Will Rixey staff be present all day?

Yes. Owners/managers are on‑site or on‑call, the coordinator and venue team handle setup, guest support, and cleanup, and bartenders run the bar. We’re with you from setup to send‑off.

Do we need to hire a separate planner?

Not for day‑of—our coordination covers that. If you want full‑service planning/design support, ask about our upgrade or hire an outside planner; we collaborate happily.

Can we use any vendors we like?

Yes—choose any professional vendors (photographer, florist, DJ/band, caterer, etc.). We provide a vetted list upon request; no commissions, just teams we trust.

Do vendors need insurance or to sign anything?

Vendors should be licensed/insured where applicable and agree to venue rules (e.g., no confetti/glitter, sound cutoff outdoors at 10 PM). We collect COIs and confirm details in advance.

How do deliveries, drop‑offs, and pickups work?

We coordinate arrival windows and loading areas. With advance approval, drop‑offs the day before and pickups the next morning are possible to simplify logistics.

What if a vendor issue arises last‑minute?

We problem‑solve quickly—leveraging backups, our network, or on‑site solutions—so your celebration stays on track.

Do you provide parking or power for vendors?

Yes—on‑site parking and access for load‑in. Power is available throughout the venue; we’ll discuss any special electrical needs (bands, lighting, tent installs) in advance.

How are tips/gratuities handled?

There’s no required venue service fee. Gratuities for bartenders or staff are appreciated but entirely optional and at your discretion.

Can you recommend trusted vendors?
