A caring, experienced team plus the flexibility to choose your own vendors equals a seamless day tailored to you. We're hands-on, attentive, and collaborative every step of the way.

Our Team

Your included on-site coordinator manages your timeline, rehearsal, vendor communication, and day-of logistics so you don't have to. Our venue staff handle setup, breakdown, parking, restrooms, and guest support. And our in-house bartenders keep the bar running safely and efficiently all night long.

Vendor Policy

Aside from bartending and coordination, you're free to choose any professional vendors you'd like. Photographer, florist, DJ, band, caterer, you name it. We're happy to share our vetted recommendation list if it helps. No commissions, just teams we know and trust. We do ask that vendors be licensed and insured where applicable and follow our venue guidelines.

Coordination & Access

We introduce ourselves to your vendors before your event, confirm arrival times, and orchestrate all the timeline cues on the day. Need to drop things off the day before or arrange next-morning pickups? We can accommodate that with advance notice. And if a vendor emergency comes up, we're right there to help you problem-solve quickly.
