Highlights

  • Standard rental: 4 Manor bedrooms + Cottage, Friday–Sunday.

  • Total capacity: ~12–14 comfortably, ~18 with air mattresses.

  • Thursday arrival or Sunday “staycation” available for extra fee.

  • No single-room rentals; venue is exclusive-use.

  • Kids and pets allowed with planning.

  • House amenities: garment racks, irons, steamers.

  • Checkout: strip linens, consolidate belongings.


Standard Rooms

  • Mountain Room: Queen bed, in-room bathtub, quiet.

  • Maple Room: King bed, largest floorspace, hall bath. Great for airbeds or cribs.

  • Back Room: Queen bed, private staircase, ensuite shower.

  • Newlywed Suite: King bed, large suite (typically used by couple).

  • Cottage: Sleeps 3–4 upstairs, sofa bed downstairs, kitchen, half bath down.


Sleeping Capacity

  • 12–14 in beds.

  • Up to 18 with airbeds (we have some; bring linens for extras).

  • Maple Room and Cottage are best for extra beds.


Room Add-On Options

  • Air Mattresses/Cots: allowed in Maple/Mountain/Cottage.

  • Extra Nights: Thursday check-in or Sunday night stay (availability dependent).

  • Day-Use Rooms: non-overnight guests can use rooms for getting ready.

  • Sunday Staycation: couple remains after everyone leaves = private mini-moon.


Usage Tips

  • Allocate rooms by need (kids, older guests, party groups).

  • Vendors or childcare staff can use extra beds if available.

  • Use Maple Room or Newlywed Suite for bridal party prep (biggest floorspace).

  • Cribs welcome


Pets

  • Dogs allowed by request.


Checkout

  • Strip used beds, put linens/towels in utility room.

  • Pick up bedroom trash and bring all dishes and glasswear to the kitchen.


Large Groups

  • For >18, use local hotels for overflow.

  • Guests can collect cars next morning.


Safety & Belongings

  • Rooms don’t have individual locks; valuables can be stored with us if needed.

  • Safe available for marriage license, rings, or cas
